Patriots Place Apartments has 49 units including 1 and 2 bedrooms. Wheelchair
Accessible apartments are also
available for persons with qualifying disabilities. Preference will be given to qualifying U.S.
Veterans. The
subsidies are tied to the actual units.
Allegiance Apartments has 49 units including 1 and 2 bedrooms. Wheelchair Accessible
apartments are also available for persons with qualifying disabilities. Preference will be given to
qualifying U.S. Veterans, including qualifying widows of U.S. Veterans.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be currently on the Project-Based waiting list. These developments have additional
restrictions on their units.
Therefore, after SNRHA eligibility is determined, management at each site
will also determine their program eligibility.
