The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) is a public agency that provides subsidized housing to low-and-moderate income individuals and families. The Authority administers distinct housing programs. The Housing Authority can only accept applications for waitlists that we have advertised as open. SNRHA shall advertise in local newspapers and post notices on its website when waitlist(s) open and close.

Applications for most Housing Programs may be done online at the SNRHA RentCafe Portal. For additional information, please call (702) 477-3100 option 2. Applicants may call Relay Service for the hearing impaired by dialing 7-1-1. Applicants may also go to the SNRHA RentCafe Portal to check their waiting list status, review their application details, and more.
