The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority wants to create easier access for all landlords. And, as our program evolves, so does our technology.
We are happy to present the SNRHA RentCafe Landlord Portal designed with you in mind. With our portal, most everything can be done from your computer or smartphone!
With 24-hour access you can now:
- Review you property ledgers and HAP
- Review your property portfolio
- Review your inspections
- Update your contact information
- Review your inspections
- Contact housing authority staff
To register, you must have an email address, registration code, AND the social security number we have in the system for you.
