SNRHA operates multiple affordable housing properties, which includes over a thousand housing units located throughout Southern Nevada.

The affordable housing program is a non-aided housing program. Non-aided housing programs involve private or community-based efforts without direct financial support from HUD. They focus on local resources and partnerships rather than federal funding, aiming to provide affordable housing through different mechanisms. Our affordable housing communities include housing options that are operated directly by SNRHA across the Greater Las Vegas Area. The program assists low-to-moderate income persons or families to reside in safe, decent rental housing they can afford. SNRHA accepts pre-applications when a wait list becomes open.  But don’t worry you will be notified well ahead of time so that you can be well prepared to submit your pre-application well when the time comes.
