At SNRHA, we are committed to enhancing the experience for our service and product providers. To facilitate efficient invoicing and check generation, we’re sharing key processes designed to streamline and expedite these critical transactions.
This section outlines the 2 current accepted invoice submission processes. To process your invoice with us, please follow one of the two key processes below:
- Email Your Invoice: Send your invoice directly to our designated email address.
- Register as a Vendor: Sign up with VendorCafé, our vendor management platform, for streamlined invoice submissions and processing.

Email Your Invoice
At this time you may email your invoices directly to our Accounts Payable Department via the email below to process your invoice.

Register as a Vendor
If you would like to ensure the expedition of your invoice processing, please register as a vendor at VendorCafé. It’s easy and it only takes just a couple of minutes to register. In order to utilize VendorCafé, vendors must be invited. The procurement department handles all invites so please contact them if you are interested. Once you have been invited you will receive an email from VendorCafé registration yardi.com. Click the button "Activate your account". This will pull up an internet browser and also send a second email to your inbox containing temporary login credentials you'll use to get into VendorCafé for the first time. Once logged in you can create a new password and select your security questions and answers. Review the left side of your screen. You will see the steps necessary to complete your registration.
