The SNRHA Senior Services Program is designed to link its senior residents to necessary supportive services in the community utilizing local and national resources. The Senior Services Program also provides onsite limited case management services as needed and requested, and develops programs and resources that support wellness for the senior population. Additionally, the Senior Services Program assists with basic needs such as food, clothing, healthcare, utilities, and other pressing needs.
