Our Approach

Through the power of community support, employment training and financial education combined with a financial incentive; we hope each resident will be positioned to advance economically, personally and professionally. The FLEX program offers a comprehensive approach to case management and annually evaluates ways to improve the support of its participants. Participants engage in a variety of resources designed to foster personal and professional growth.
