The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) exists to provide safe, sanitary, and affordable housing to eligible persons in our region, and to provide programs that foster independence and self-sufficiency. Given Southern Nevada's growing need for affordable housing, the SNRHA remains deeply committed to its mission. While our agency's work does depend, to a large extent, on federal funding, until we have the specific details of President Trump's executive order to temporarily freeze federal funding for several programs and agencies nationwide, we are not in a position to comment about the extent of the impact.
