Project-Based Voucher (PBV) clients are obligated to promptly inform their assigned SNRHA caseworker of updates that may impact their HCV assistance including:

  • If you plan to move
  • Before you add or remove household members
  • Change in household income

You are required to update SNRHA regarding any changes to your household within 10 days. It is a criminal offense to knowingly give false or incomplete information to SNRHA.

This enables SNRHA to process any changes to your household which may impact your rent payments and other elements of your housing assistance such as utilities or even the size of home that you qualify for.

Interim updates will also include a review of your eligibility including social security number, background check and citizenship.

Any changes regarding your interim update will be communicated to you through your case worker and any changes to your rent payment will be updated 30 days in advance.
